2. Date of Birth

3.  Assessment stage / level that you are taking.

For SwimSafer Stage 1-3

You will be asked 15 multiple choice questions. To pass, you will need to score a minimum of 14/15 (90%).

For SwimSafer Stage 4-6

There are 20 questions and you need to score a minimum of 18/20 (90%) to pass.

 

Don't worry if you don't get it the first time – you can reattempt until you meet the score requirement.

Water Safety Knowledge

Once you have passed your online theory quiz and the swimming practical, your SwimSafer assessment is complete. You will be able to to view the e-certificate in your ActiveSG account.
