Unable to Log In to SwimSafer CAMS?
Having trouble accessing your SwimSafer CAMS account, viewing your child’s profile or finding previous assessment records?
Use the guide below to identify the issue and find out what information you need to prepare before contacting Singapore Aquatics.
Important: If your child already has a CAMS profile or previous SwimSafer assessment history, do not create another child account. This may result in duplicate records or the account being frozen.

What you may see:
You can log in to CAMS using Singpass, but your child does not appear on the dashboard.
Your child’s previous SwimSafer assessment records may also be missing.
What it may mean:
The child’s details in the previous CAMS record may be incomplete or may not match the official records.
This may involve the child’s:
-
Full name
-
Birth certificate or NRIC number
-
Date of birth
-
FIN or passport number
What to do:
Check whether the other parent can see the child through their own Singpass-linked CAMS account.
If neither parent can see the child, email Singapore Aquatics and request them to:
-
Verify the child’s existing CAMS profile
-
Correct any incomplete or inaccurate details
-
Link the child’s profile to the parent’s account
-
Retain the child’s previous assessment history
What you may see:
You cannot remember the email previously used for CAMS, the email is no longer active, or you cannot receive the password reset email.
What it may mean:
An existing CAMS account may already contain your child’s profile and assessment history, but the login email is no longer accessible.
What to do:
Do not create another child profile.
Email Singapore Aquatics and request them to:
-
Locate the existing CAMS account
-
Verify the parent’s and child’s details
-
Update the registered email where required
-
Link the existing record to the parent’s current CAMS access
-
Retain the child’s previous assessment history
What you may see:
CAMS requests a two-factor authentication code, but the code is sent to an email address that you cannot access.
What it may mean:
The CAMS profile is still registered under an older or inaccessible email address.
What to do:
Email Singapore Aquatics and request them to:
-
Verify ownership of the account
-
Update the registered email address
-
Confirm that future verification codes will be sent to the correct email
Do not create another account to bypass the verification process.
What you may see:
CAMS shows that the account is frozen, or you are unable to proceed after logging in.
What it may mean:
CAMS may have detected:
-
Duplicate accounts for the same child
-
The same NRIC or birth certificate number in more than one profile
-
Incorrect child details entered under another account
-
Conflicting date of birth or identification details
What to do:
Email Singapore Aquatics and request them to:
-
Check the affected profiles
-
Correct any inaccurate identification details
-
Merge duplicate records where required
-
Unfreeze the affected account
Do not repeatedly edit the child’s identification details unless instructed to do so.
What you may see:
A new CAMS account has been created through Singpass, but it does not contain the child’s previous assessment history.
What it may mean:
The child may now have two CAMS records:
-
An older profile containing the assessment history
-
A newer Singpass-linked profile without the previous records
What to do:
Do not create any further profiles.
Email Singapore Aquatics and request them to:
-
Verify both records
-
Merge the duplicate accounts
-
Retain all previous assessment and certificate records
-
Confirm which account should be used going forward
What you may see:
One parent can view the child’s CAMS dashboard, but the other parent cannot.
What it may mean:
The second parent may not yet have registered or logged in using their own Singpass.
What to do:
The second parent should register or log in using their own Singpass.
Both parents may be able to view the same child through their individual parent accounts.
The second parent should not create another child profile.
If the child still does not appear, take screenshots and contact Singapore Aquatics.
If none of the issues above matches what you are experiencing, please contact The Assessment Centre for assistance.
Please include a screenshot of the issue and a brief description of what happened so that we can advise you on the next step.
Issue 3:
Previous assessment records are missing
What you may see:
You can access CAMS, but your child’s previous SwimSafer stages, assessment results or certificates are not shown.
What it may mean:
The previous assessment records may still be attached to an older CAMS profile.
A second account may also have been created during the transition to Singpass.
What to do:
Email Singapore Aquatics and request an account check and merge.
Include:
-
The child’s full name
-
Birth certificate number, NRIC, FIN or passport number
-
Date of birth
-
Previous assessment stage and approximate date
-
Old and current email addresses, where known
Only Singapore Aquatics can merge duplicate CAMS accounts.
