SwimSafer for Foreign Students in MOE Schools

Foreign students participating in SwimSafer through an MOE school are eligible to take the SwimSafer assessment.

As they may not have access to Singpass, they will use a manual CAMS login with an email address and password. Please use the email address registered for the student to set up the password and access the CAMS portal.

How the CAMS Access Process Works

Step 1:

Go to the CAMS login page

Step 2:
Select “Forgot Password”

Step 3:

Set the CAMS password

Step 4:
Check the student’s profile

Step 5:
Complete the online quiz

Go to the CAMS portal:
https://saqswimsg.org.sg/home/
Click “Sign In”.

Click “Forgot Password” to set up or reset the password for the account.

A password-reset email will be sent to the registered email address.

Open the password-reset email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Use the registered email address and the new password to log in to CAMS.

After logging in, check that the student’s personal particulars and SwimSafer assessment details are correct.

Contact the school or appointed SwimSafer service provider if:

The password-reset email is not received;
The email address is not recognised;
The student’s details are incorrect;
The assessment is not displayed; or
The account cannot be accessed.

After the practical assessment, log in to CAMS and complete the required SwimSafer online quiz.

The quiz must be completed within 90 days after the practical assessment.

If the quiz is not completed within this period, the student will not receive the SwimSafer certificate, even if the practical assessment was completed successfully.

Important Notes

Use only the email address registered for the student’s school SwimSafer programme.
Do not select “Register” or create another CAMS account.
Use “Forgot Password” during the first login to set up the password.
Check the junk or spam folder if the reset email is not received.
Keep the login details secure for future access to results and certificates.
