As part of our continuous efforts to improve your SwimSafer assessment experience, we have worked with Singpass to streamline your registration process. This means that you can now register for SwimSafer via Singpass, without having to fill in any forms or provide any documents. This will also ensure that your information is accurate and consistent, which will help us issue your certification faster and more reliably.
If you are a Singapore citizen or permanent resident, you can use Singpass to register for our online services. Singpass is a secure and convenient way to access various government and non-government digital services with one username and password.
To use Singpass, you need to have a valid email address and mobile number. You also need to set up your 2FA (two-factor authentication) options, which are either SMS OTP (one-time password) or Singpass Mobile app.
You can click on this icon to retrieve your personal information from Singpass, such as your name, NRIC number, date of birth and gender. This will save you time and hassle of filling in the details manually.
However, please note that clicking on the Singpass icon does not mean that you have completed the registration. You still need to verify your email address, contact person information, and agree to the terms and conditions.
To minimize the amount of data we collect from our customers, if you want to register for an assessment, you will need to choose between adult or child categories. Adults are those who are 15 years old or older, and children are those who are 14 years old or younger. Please do not select both categories, as this will result in no available dates for your assessment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your cooperation.
