Please prepare the following details as you will require them for the quiz:

1. NRIC / FIN / Birth Cert No.

2. Date of Birth

3.  Assessment stage / level that you are taking.

SwimSafer Online Theory Quiz

For SwimSafer Stage 1-3

You will be asked 15 multiple choice questions. To pass, you will need to score a minimum of 14/15 (90%).

For SwimSafer Stage 4-6

There are 20 questions and you need to score a minimum of 18/20 (90%) to pass.

 

Don't worry if you don't get it the first time – you can reattempt until you meet the score requirement.

Once you have passed your online theory quiz and the swimming practical, your SwimSafer assessment is complete. You will be able to to view in file.gov.sg.
