West SwimSafer CAMS Assessment Centre Temporarily Relocating to Jurong West Swimming Complex

Participants attending SwimSafer assessments at the West Centralised Assessment Management System (CAMS) Centre should take note of an upcoming temporary venue change.
Due to facility enhancement and maintenance works at Bukit Batok Swimming Complex, the West SwimSafer CAMS Assessment Centre will temporarily relocate to Jurong West Swimming Complex from 13 August 2026.

Last assessment at Bukit Batok Swimming Complex: 8 August 2026
First assessment at Jurong West Swimming Complex: 13 August 2026
Participants with assessments scheduled from 13 August 2026 onwards should report directly to Jurong West Swimming Complex.
Temporary Assessment Venue
Participants are advised to allow sufficient travelling time and arrive early for registration and preparation before their assessment.
Assessment Days and Timings
The West CAMS Centre will operate at Jurong West Swimming Complex according to the following schedule:

Monday | 5:30pm and 6:45pm |
Thursday | 5:30pm and 6:45pm |
Saturday | 11:30am, 12:45pm, 2:00pm and 3:15pm |
Sunday | 11:30am, 12:45pm and 2:00pm |
Assessment availability remains subject to the slots shown in the CAMS portal.
Check Your Booking Confirmation Carefully
During the temporary relocation period, West CAMS Centre bookings in the CAMS portal will reflect Jurong West Swimming Complex as the assessment venue.
Participants, parents and instructors should always check the venue shown in the latest booking confirmation before travelling for the assessment.
Do not rely only on previous messages, earlier bookings or your usual assessment location, as the confirmed venue stated in CAMS should be treated as the official assessment venue.
How Long Will the Relocation Last?
The temporary relocation is currently expected to remain in place until October 2026, depending on operational requirements and the completion of the facility works at Bukit Batok Swimming Complex.
A separate announcement will be issued when the reopening date and resumption of assessments at Bukit Batok Swimming Complex have been confirmed.
Further information regarding other planned CAMS Centre changes, including arrangements involving Yishun Swimming Complex from October 2026, will be announced separately closer to the implementation date.
What Should Participants Do?
Before your assessment:
Log in to CAMS and confirm your assessment date, time and venue.
Make sure the booking states Jurong West Swimming Complex for assessments from 13 August 2026 onwards.
Plan your journey and arrive early.
Bring the required swimming attire and equipment.
Contact the relevant assessment administrator before the assessment date if any booking information appears incorrect.
Participants registered through The Assessment Centre should also refer to the latest instructions and confirmation messages issued by TAC.
