How to Access and Complete Your SwimSafer Online Theory Quiz (CAMS Guide)

⏰ Important: Quiz Validity Period
Your SwimSafer Theory Quiz is valid for 7 days from your practical assessment date
The validity period starts from your practical assessment date, not the date you receive the email.
Please complete your quiz within this period.
👉 If your quiz has expired:
An extension can be requested
Extension fee: $5
We strongly recommend completing your quiz early to avoid expiry and additional fees.
Step 1: Identify Your Situation
Before you begin, choose the option that applies to you:
A. I received a “CAMS Account Created” email from TAC
B. I already have an existing CAMS account
👉 If unsure, try logging in or use “Forgot Password” first.
👉 Follow the section below that matches your situation.
Section A — If You Received a CAMS Account Email
Step A1: Check Your Email
Look for an email with subject: “CAMS Account Created: [Your Name]”
👉 This email contains:
Your Login ID
Your Password
Step A2: Go to the CAMS Website
Visit: https://saqswimsg.org.sg/home (Managed by Singapore Aquatics)
Step A3: Log In
Enter your Login ID and Password
You may be prompted to change your password
👉 Once logged in, proceed to Section C below.
Section B — If You Already Have an Existing Account
Step B1: Go to the Same Website
Step B2: Log In Using Your Existing Account
👉 Important:
Do NOT create a new account
Your quiz will already be linked to your existing account
Step B3: Forgot Your Password?
Click “Forgot Password” and reset via your email
👉 Once logged in, proceed to Section C below.
Step 2: Access and Attempt Your Quiz
Click “My Quizzes”
👉 Click on “My Quizzes” from the top menu
Start Your Quiz
👉 Select your SwimSafer Theory Quiz and begin
Check Your Results
👉 Click “Results” to view your score
Download Your Certificate
👉 Click “My Certificates” to access your e-certificate

❗ I cannot see my quiz
Your registration may still be processing
Try again later
👉 If you have not registered, please complete your assessment booking first.
❗ I cannot log in
Double check your email and password
Use “Forgot Password”
❗ I did not receive the email
Check your spam/junk folder
Ensure your email address is correct
❗ I have multiple accounts
Use the account linked to your SwimSafer registration
